Bioenergy Green Technology

INTRODUCING BIO ENERGY IN ZAMBIA

Bio-Mass Energy
This is the use of waste produce from saw dust, agricultural waste, agricultural products, industrial waste, household garbage, and grass to produce clean and renewable energy- with the economic befits of
carbon credits. Conventional straw power plants designed with furnace, steam boiler and turbine generator adapted for such resources can be used for small to medium sized power generation plants.

Bio-Liquid Energy
This is the use of jatropha seed, commercial waste oils
and waste cooking oils to produce clean and renewable energy. Jatropha curcas plant Oil is categorized as a second generation bio fuel, not being in conflict with the food chain. The Jatropha tree produces fruit in the form of a 'nut shell' containing oil rich grains, typically 3 per shell. Industry benchmark targets extraction of 40% crude vegetable oil from the grain and 2,000 kgs oil per hectare. Click here for the EBFI Bio Position Statement.

International Truck Parking Facility

EBFI KAZUNGULA BORDER PROJECT
    (International Truck Parking Facility)

Introduction
EBFI is embarking on a huge construction project to be located by the Kazungula Border Post between Zambia and Botswana to facilitate international trade between the two countries and the entire SADC region. This is a followup on the Walvis Bay Corridor Group (WBCG) mandate to establish strategic parking facilities along the Walvis Bay Corridor...

Project Name
The construction project is to be called EBFI Kazungula Truck Parking...

The Great Need
In-depth research went into this project by the EBFI Project Team. It was discovered that the border post lacks major facilities and services- modern parking lot, clearing agent office bloc, toilets and showers, mini-market, computerized business center, restaurant and accommodation. The border consists a serious environmnetal hazard as human excreta is diposited into the waters of the nearby Zambezi river creating pollution...

The Great Solution
EBFI has identifed a need and opportunity to develop a moder high tech facility to provide the various services lacking at this border post such as Modern Sanitation Systems, High tech ICT Services, and Accommodation...

Project Features
In the next section we shall describe the commercial service facilities we seek to provide...
  • International Parking Facility- to facilitate logistical efficiency allowing trucking copmanies to park and process clearing of cargo...

  • Modern Sanitation Systems- to provide hygienic toilet and shower facilities for international motorists thus averting the pollution syndrome...
  • High tech ICT Services- delivering secure computerized and networked information processing and communications services to the motorists need to keep up-to-the-minute with their admin offices...

  • Accommodation Facilities- to provide affordable housing units for overnight rent by the travelling public such as chalets...

  • Entertainment Services- exhausted by hours of travel, motorists and general travellers need a "home away from home" environment that provides meals and entertainment...
ZAMBIA'S ENERGY DEFICIENCY

"Power Cuts, Power Cuts!" This is a daily cry of most domestic and industrial power consumers as they experience the painful and even costly effects of loadshading by the national power utility...
  • Did you know that our country needs 400MW more electricity generation to overcome the current power disruptions? In this and the next article, we shall discuss the electricity scenario in Zambia...
  • In later sections we shall take an in-depth look at the Strategic Solutions to this problem. Here we will consider Alternative Energy Solutions the nation needs to consider...

ENVIRONMENTAL BIO FUELS INTERNATIONAL

                 Welcome To EBFI

Dear Sir,

I hereby wish to introduce our company in the bid to apply for an investment loan. Please find attached PDF documentation bearing details of our planned development projects as follows:

A. WELCOME TO EBFI

Introduction
----------------
Environmental Bio Fuels International (Z) Ltd (here after referred to simply as EBFI) is European company whose core business is Bioenergy. Our mission is to provide alternative and cheaper sources of energy using biological feedstock such as Biomass, including waste-to-energy (WtE) also bio liquid (Jatropha/waste oil). (see attachment for details...)

Location
-----------
EBFI is a registered company in Zambia and strategically located 30km just outside Livingstone- the Tourist Capital of Zambia, on the Lusaka highway. A complete business profile can now be obtained online on www.ebfi.co.zm - an online feedback form is provided too. A direct e-mail link to the CEO, Mr. David Weatherall may be used at david@ebfi.org – or leonardebfi@gmail.com (Leonard Labouschagne- IT/Marketing) who will be delighted to grant you a personalized service.

Alternative Energy
------------------------
With traditional sources of energy such as hydro electric risk (due to the effects of global warming less water supplies globally for hydro electricity generating systems), creating more hydro generation could have an adverse effect. Zambia has a massive deficiency in supply and demand. (see attachment for details...)

Green Technology
------------------------
EBFI offers an effective energy technology that is not only cheaper but also eco-friendly. We propose a turnkey solution by installing WtE Incineration Plants for processing any form of combustible waste and biomass generating electric power up to 400MW. Producing superheat for the generation plant, Jatropha oil mixed with waste oil/lubricants is sustainable energy long term. Jatropha mixed with waste oil purifies waste oil by 70% producing a cleaner high octane source of energy. (see attachment for details...)

B. INTRODUCING COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
EBFI has also generated designs for special community empowerment and commercial development projects to supplement government efforts at alleviating poverty through job creation. Among them are:

------------------------------------------------
Working in close collaboration with government and the Walvis Bay Corridor, EBFI plans to construct a high tech commercial truck parking facility at Kazungula Border Post in Southern Province, Zambia.
The Walvis Bay Corridor Group (WBCG) has officially mandated EBFI to setup these facilities all along the Walvis Bay highway between the port of Walvis Bay and Kasumbalesa border post in Congo DR.

This is going to open up the international import/export trade markets and relations between the countries involved. The EBFI parking facility is designed to provide convenient services to national and international commercial and private motorists. The facility shall facilitate Sanitation (modern toilets & hot shower rooms), Restaurant, Mini-market, Accommodation (chalets), and Parking Lot (for trucks awaiting cargo clearance by the ZRA border authorities including 24/7 Security with a Police Post on site). (see attachment for details...)

   -------------------------------------
Approved architectural drawings and a 3-D model design are already in place pending purchase of a piece of land strategically located along the Zambezi River near the town of Livingstone.
The project is intended to construct and operate a high-tech educational center to train Zambians as high profile entrepreneurs and facilitate their deployment in industry. The property is also designed to be a holiday home away from home for tourists, investors and other guests. (see attachment for details...)

C. APPLICATION FOR INVESTMENT LOAN
In order to undertake these macro projects, EBFI needs a huge investment base in the form of capital, cash, equipment and expertise. We are seeking an Investment Loan Package of up to US$5,000,000 (Five Million Dollars) at favorable repayment terms and conditions.

Return On Investment (High RoI)
------------------------------
The EBFI projects offer a great window of opportunity for any serious investor wishing to invest in projects with high returns on their investment.

The three above projects offer huge possibility for good return on investment as they are a relevant and a practical solution to an urgent need for clean energy, international trade route facilities and world class entrepreneurial education for the nation of Zambia and its neighboring countries.

Government Support
----------------------------
EBFI has close commercial development relations with the Government of the Republic of Zambia. The government is in full support of EBFI innovations in the bioenergy, education, truck parking and charitable programs...

I look forward to your timely response.

Kind regards.
--
